What to email us about

• Photo or edit deletion. Send the email address you signed up with and we remove your uploads and generations.
• Refunds. Failed generations refund their credits automatically; for anything else, write to us within 7 days of the payment.
• Bug reports. The task ID from your edit page helps us find the problem fast.
• Abuse or consent issues. If someone made an edit using a photo of you without permission, tell us and we will take it down.

Before you write

Many answers live in the FAQ on the home page. A normal edit renders in about 40 seconds; if yours has been stuck much longer than that, it is worth an email. Billing questions are covered in the credit packs section, and the trend itself is explained in what prompt seen means.
