Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Prompt Seen collects, uses and safeguards your information when you use the site, and specifically what happens to the photos you upload for editing. We keep the plain-language version: short sections, no buried surprises.

Information we collect

• Account information. The email address and basic details you provide when creating an account.
• Usage data. Which looks and pages you interact with, so we know what to improve.
• Device information. Device type, operating system and browser, used to keep the studio working across phones.
• Cookies. Small files that keep you signed in and remember preferences.
• Payment information. Billing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Your photos and AI image generation

When you generate an edit, the photo you upload is sent to our third-party image generation provider (Kie.ai) solely to render your edit, and the finished image is stored in our own storage. Your photos are never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's, and they are not shared with any other third party. Uploaded photos and generated edits can be deleted at any time: email hello@aipromptseen.org from the contact page and we remove them.

How we use your information

We use the data we collect to run and improve the service, to process credit pack payments and send related confirmations, to send security and support messages, and to detect fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

Data sharing

We share data only in these limited cases: with service providers who help us operate the site under confidentiality agreements, to comply with legal obligations or lawful requests from public authorities, and to protect the rights, property or safety of our users.

Data security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your rights

You can access, update, export or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings, or by writing to hello@aipromptseen.org. Deletion requests cover your account data along with your uploaded photos and generated edits.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, trigger a notice through the service.
