Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AI Prompt Seen you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of the service

We provide an AI photo editing service: a library of prompt seen looks and a studio that renders the look you pick onto a photo you upload, using third-party image generation models. Each edit costs 3 credits. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where possible.

User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Photo authorization and acceptable use

These rules exist because the edits carry real faces.

• Upload only photos you own or have clear permission to use, and confirm that every person in the photo consented to being edited and to the edit being shared.
• Celebrities, public figures and fictional or copyrighted characters are prohibited. The service works with your own face or the faces of people who said yes.
• Do not use the service to harass, mislead, sexually exploit or defame anyone, to break any applicable law, to infringe any party's rights, to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to disrupt the service.

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and the edits you create with them.

AI-generated output

Edits are AI renders built from your photos. They are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing: posting on your own social accounts, sharing in chats or using as your profile picture. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Instagram, Google or OpenAI. If you add a copyrighted sound when posting on another platform, that use falls under the platform's own licensing terms, not ours.

Credits, payment and billing

Credit packs are prepaid and never expire. Every edit costs 3 credits regardless of engine. Failed generations refund their credits automatically. For other refund requests, write to hello@aipromptseen.org within 7 days of the payment; refunds beyond that window are handled case by case. Billing is processed by third-party payment processors, and you are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Intellectual property

The service and its original content, including the prompt texts on the shelf, are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your uploads and edits remain yours, subject to the personal-use rule above. Details are in the Copyright & Disclaimer page.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, particularly the photo consent rules. You can close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, trigger a notice through the service.
